My Story
I have been a zero to hero CEO, and know how it is to start with nothing and end up with something. I can help navigate through difficult waters. I am here to assist your enterprise and scale B2B relationships for NextGen.
I am not special or privileged and was never fortunate. I built a 5+ million dollar per year firm as a fractional CEO for NextGen. It is all learned behavior and I want to apply the same principles to scale your enterprise.
I know how to make a business successful, if there is an audience and a deliverable that offers value.
I learned it is not about capability alone, as there are many in this world with solid talent, still not achieving what their God given talent would allow them.
What I found important along my journey were 3 pillars to start the directional process toward success.
First, engagement which defines how and where I get people to listen to what I am offering.
Second, who should my audience consist of, and is my presumed audience focused and targeted well enough to be a buying audience.
Third, how effective is my presentation at communicating value quickly.
